We’re looking for a highly motivated, relationship-focussed Associate Sales Director - APAC to join the founding team at Fundamento. In this role you will build the sales process & team at Fundamento while parallelly achieving sales growth.
What the role entails:
Strategy
- Design & execute a comprehensive sales strategy to facilitate Fundamento’s growth
- Utilize a structured approach for identifying and measuring the quality of potential new business initiatives.
- Work closely with leadership to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectives
Consultative Sales
- Develop & implement a scalable sales process and provide clear visibility on the pipeline to the leadership team
- Engage with prospects to understand their unique and specific pain points and produce compelling business cases to meet their needs
- Lead virtual/in-person client presentations/demos to C-level executives, including information discovery sessions, product demonstrations and proposals
Account Management & Relationship Building
- Provide proactive support to ensure success of every partnership, pre/post-sales
- Build strong and deep relationships with all client partners
- Work with internal team members to ensure successful on-boarding and implementation for new clients
